	Steps! People go up these (scary - there's no handrail and its long drop to the ground) and then dive off into the sea (crazy!). There's a big seat at the top, which had we been brave enough to climb up to, and it hadn't smelt quite so much of wee, then it would have afforded an incredible view across the Pacific Ocean.
	OK - so this wasn't public art, but it was a big bird of some kind (Condor?). Handy digital camera meant that I could safely take the 20 or so photos necessary to get this one good one.
